Due to various industry-wide delays, shipment of your order may take longer than normal. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your package on its way to you as quickly as possible. Your trust on Rite Edge US is completely appreciated and we will show our best to make this thing possible that we are providing you the safest delivery all over the USA.

We accept all major credit cards, Sezzle and PayPal. Feel free to choose the best payment method you like all the way. we will guarantee you about the shipping procedure.

SHIPPING:

We will send you the secure shipping all over USA with in 21 to 28 days. If you need shipping all over Pakistan, we will ship the items with in 14 to 21 days. 

 

CUSTOMIZATION:

We will provide you the best solution that will be according to your need and demand. If you have any type of idea or design in your mind, you can freely share with us and we will send you the same option in return on your doorstep. Call or email prior to ordering for pricing. Please specify in the “Order Notes” section what you would like engraved. All engraving is in block lettering. Please verify spelling and spacing prior to placing your order. If you need to make a change, call or email us immediately.

 

WARRANTY:

We warranty that all of our knives are 100% quality made items. Every knife, axes and sword we sell is rigorously quality-checked prior to being made available for sale, and is guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and craftsmanship.

Our blade finishes are hand-applied and no two are exactly alike. Variations in tones and coloring add to the uniqueness of your individual blade and are in no way to be considered a defect.

We do not warranty against normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, neglect, lack of reasonable care, or using your blade to perform tasks for which it was never designed or intended.

Warranty Repair:
Our warranty covers any unaltered Dawson Knife for life. Send all warranty repair requests to:

Include a short note indicating the concern, contact information. We recommend sending your knife through a track able shipping service and insuring it. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly extend you a store credit for the full purchase price upon receipt of your return in new, unused condition. We do not offer refunds on canceled orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To receive your store credit, you must contact us at info@riteedge.us  or via phone at +92 305 6017245 within 7 business days of receipt of your items to notify us of the issue, and the item must be returned to us within 14 business days, unused, in the same condition it was received in. We will exchange any item that was incorrectly customized due to our error (e.g., black handle when tan was ordered, Specter finish when Arizona Copper was ordered, etc.) for the same model with the correct specifications according to the original order. All items must be returned to: Dawson Knives, Office 3, 1st Floor Bank Al-Habib Ahmed Plaza Main G.T Road Wazirabad. If an item is returned due to our error, we will pay return shipping. If an item is returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

We suggest using a track able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
